Browse our various styles of caps on our website, select the one that suits your preferences, and submit your logo artwork along with details such as fabric, color and size. You may also submit AI-generated cap concepts or other design references. Our team will review feasibility and confirm production details with you before sampling; concept images are references, and the final product is based on the agreed specifications and approved sample.

Step 3 : Pricing

Once the design is finalized, we will calculate the costs and provide a quotation for your final approval.

Step 4 : Sample Order

Once the price and sample fee are approved and the sample fee is paid, the sample will be produced and sent to you for approval. The custom sample fee is USD50.00 per style per color and includes two samples of that style and color for you. Shipping is paid by the customer. Mold fees for special decorations, such as metal patches, rubber patches or embossed buckles, will be listed separately in the sample quotation. The corresponding sample fee will be refunded when the bulk order reaches 300 pieces per style per color. Sample fees are paid before sampling, with the applicable terms confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice. Regular samples take approximately 15 working days, and salesman samples take approximately 20–25 working days, starting after you confirm all sample details. Shipping time is additional.

Step 5 : Production Order

Once you decide to proceed with a bulk production order, we will issue a proforma invoice for a 30% deposit. Bulk production normally takes around 45 days, starting once the order is confirmed, the final sample is approved and the deposit is received. Lead time may vary with the style, fabric and decoration. Shipping time is additional.

Our team will contact you a few days before your goods are due for completion to confirm your delivery details and present shipping options. Once your order passes final inspection by our quality control team and the remaining 70% balance is paid in full, your goods will be shipped, and we’l keep you informed on the shipping status.
